So how does Global Doctor work?
We are trying our best not to keep you waiting for more than 5 minutes once you arrived at our clinic to see one of our physicians. You can help us by setting up an appointment schedule before you see our doctor and call us immediately if you know that you can not make it on time. As a patient you are seen and examined by a Doctor just as you would be at home by your General Practitioner. All Global Doctor practitioners are Indonesian nationalities with the ability to communicate fluently in English, are experienced family physicians and have had extensive experience in Western based medical practices.
A 15 minutes consultation time is reserved for you during your appointment to discuss and ask as many questions as you like about your health matters. Our physicians will be happy to answer any medical questions you might have during your visit.
If your problem is a simple one, then, based on the diagnosis by our physician, US-standard medical treatment will be created for you. Supporting the diagnosis of our physicians are our laboratory and radiology department, as well as our in-house pharmacy, which can help you provide the necessary medication as part of your healing process.
For advanced problems, you will be referred to a Global Doctor specialist at the clinic or to a referred local hospital in Jakarta and to a hospital overseas if deemed necesary.
We hope to make your first visit not just an opportunity to deal with any medical concerns you may have but also a time to get acquainted with you.
